She was predeceased by: her parents, Gradus Geurink and Sara Geurink (Boes); her sons, Kelly, Ken and Jerry; her grandson Kraig Haveman; and her siblings, Janet Groenhof, Henry Geurink, Dorothy Geurink, Marvin Geurink, Elsie Geurink, Don Geurink, Elvin Geurink and Evelyn Nienhuis.

She is survived by: her husband Gerald Haveman; her daughters-in-law, Isla Haveman of Hudsonville and Kathy Haveman Wolfe of Lowell; her grandchildren, Marc (Jill Boeve), Matt (Emily Boeve), Susan Boeve, Brandon (Sarah Havemen), Brett (Lindsey Havemen), Blake Haveman, Joe (Sara Coates), Lora (Brent Hendricksen), Kelly (Eric Montague) and Brad Haveman; her sisters, Ruth Geurink and Lucille Wierda; and her parents-in-law, Helen Wedevan, Julius, Bea Haveman, Caroline, Gary Van Hill and Wilma Van Oeveran. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
