He is survived by: his wife Cora Hyma (DeBoer); his daughters, Cathy (Jim Koetje) and Joni (Henry DeLeeuw); his grandchildren, Sara, Tim Muilenburg, Jeff, Jamie Koetje, Kim Koetje, Jill Koetje, Cristina, Evan Giles, Mark, Brooke DeLeeuw, David, Kelly DeLeeuw, Elizabeth and Nathan Brendle; and his siblings, Joyce Frens, Lois, Lee VerHoeven, Bill, Jeanne Hyma, Don Hyma and Martina Hyma. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
