He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Burke and Dorothy Burke (Cunningham); his brother Tom Burke; and his mother-in-law Doris Dykhuizen. He is survived by: his wife Beth Dykhuizen; his grandchildren, Kim, Kevin Anderson, Tom and Rebecca Burke; his siblings, Kay, Ray Meunier, Pat and Don Swanson; and his parents-in-law, Jackie Dykhuizen, Ellen Wierenga, Barb Dadswell, Rick, Toni Houtstra, Sharon, Ron De Winter and Ron Houtstra. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
