She was predeceased by: her son Matthew Bouwman; her daughters-in-law, Sandy Bouwman and Sandra Bouwman; her great grandchild Avery Bakker; her brother Carl Dailey; her in-laws, Loren Bouwman, Glenda Smith, Marilyn Soulliere and Hazel Vuurens; and her parents, Leanard Dailey and Clara Dailey.
She is survived by: her husband Brent Bouwman; her children, Michelle Horn (Bryan Schippa), Becky (Mike Bakker), Beth (John Drueke) and Logan (Karina Bouwman); her grandchildren, Cameron Horn, Seth Bouwman, Jacob Bouwman, Ashley Coughlin, Jared Drueke, Tyler Drueke, Brooke Drueke, Blain Bouwman, Kasandra Elenbaas and Haley Zoodsma; and her in-laws, Ruth Dailey, Thelma Thompson, Gayle Kollen, Gary and Char Bouwman. She is also survived by 12 Great Grandchildren.
