She was predeceased by: her mother Gloria Posma; her daughter Lindsay Jo Kalkman; and her father-in-law Chet Kalkman. She is survived by: her father Lee Posma (Judy); her husband Steven; her children, Chad Kalkman (Tressa) and Heather Slenk; her grandchildren, Brinzie, Braxton Kalkman, Teagan and Kipton Slenk; her mother-in-law Ardith Kalkman; her siblings, Dan Posma (Robin), John Posma (Kim) and Nancy Slagh (Wade); and her mothers-in-law, Deb Bakker (Mike) and Pam Crumb (Steve). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Holland, DeVos Children's Hospital or to Santa's Elves Children's Advocacy Center.
