He was predeceased by: his brother Matt Kamps. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Kamps; his children, Levi, Ethan, Isaac and Jolene; his parents, Carey Kamps and Lois Kamps; his parents-in-law, Jim and Cindy De Young; his siblings, Lynae Kamps, Tim (Penny Kamps), Kyle (Sue Kamps) and Anna (Dave Mokma); and his siblings-in-law, Scott, Sara De Young, Eric and Stephanie De Young. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hudsonville Christian School.
