She was predeceased by: her husband Harold "Bill" Lowe; and her children, Debbie Walters and Daniel Lowe. She is survived by: her children, Mike Lowe, Shannon Lowe and Bonnie Lowe; her sisters, Pat Prange, Bonnie Shaffer and Sheri Perkins; and also, Pat Lowe and Ray Perkins. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
