She was predeceased by: her parents, John Scholten and Henrietta Scholten (Vanden Bosch); her daughters-in-law, Linda Johnson and Connie Johnson; her sister Joann; and her brother-in-law Gerald Maatman.
She is survived by: her husband Howard J. Johnson; her sons, Richard Johnson (Jane) of Zeeland, Robert Johnson of Homewood, IL and Rev. Mike Johnson (Gina) of Sugar Land; and her siblings, Helene Nykamp (Lee), Jay Scholten (Shirley) and Louise Otting (Terry). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
