He was predeceased by: his wife Norma. He is survived by: his children, Paul (Karie Meeuwsen), Pat (Reed Navis), Jayne (Del Ritsema), Tom (Sherri Meeuwsen) and Dave (Stacey Meeuwsen); and his siblings-in-law, Pauline Meeuwsen and Dr. Jim. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to Zeeland Christian School or Hospice of Holland.
