He is survived by: his wife Sue; his grandchildren, Ashley, Austin Morren (Evelyn), Devan, Emily Hoekstra (Reid), Makenna Hoekstra, Matt Meekhof and Chase Hoekstra; his brothers, Garry (Becky Hoekstra) and Bob (Diane Hoekstra); his parents-in-law, Harv and Elaine Plaggemars; and his siblings-in-law, Deb Plaggemars, Julie Plaggemars, Scott and Shelly Plaggemars. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to Niekerk CRC Family Mission Trip Fund and Hospice of Holland.
