He is survived by: his wife Carol Schaap; his daughters, Diane (Douglas Van Dyke) and Jane (Keith Raterink); his great grandchildren, Chelsea, Mike Bashaw, Luke, Katie Van Dyke (Elias), Jamie Raterink, Ross Raterink, Lauren and Ryan Fraser-Lee (Wren); and his sister-in-law Mary (Rick Boschma).
