He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Tubergan and Juliet Tubergan (Koops); his brother David Tubergen; and his granddaughter Grace Olivia Tubergan. He is survived by: his wife Von; his grandchildren, Heather, Corey De Vries, Brandon and Kristin Tubergan; his siblings, Nancy, Jay Tucker, Ben Tubergen, Julane and Mark De Boer; and his parents-in-law, Joan Kortman, Wayne, Lea Kerkstra, Kirby, Denise Kerkstra, Shirlene, Mike Klumpstra, Dale and Rhonda Kerkstra.
