He is survived by: his wife Duana; his sister Caroline Elkins (Brian); his stepchildren, Kelly Krueger (Elizabeth) and Matthew Krueger (Rebecca); his stepgrandchildren, Justin Krueger, Leslie Krueger, Julia Hall and Riley Hall; and his brothers-in-law, Kurt Bouwman (Nancy) and Mark Bouwman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
