He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Sandy Bareman (Vern) of Grand Rapids, Randy De Graaf (Teresa) of West Olive and Darlene Koomen (Mike) of Borculo; his grandchildren, Keith Bareman (Elizabeth), Lisa Hoeksema, Lori Miller (Phil), Barry De Graaf (Rachel), Jonathan Koomen, Nathan Koomen and Myra Koomen; his great grandchildren, Caroline Bareman, Julia Bareman and Grace Miller; his sisters, Fran Kortman and Helene Overway (Rich); and his siblings-in-law, Alyda Boes and Nick Ellerbroek.
