It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Meeuwsen (Zeeland, Michigan), who passed away on February 24, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Chuck Meeuwsen; and his siblings, Earl Meeuwsen, Ron Meeuwsen and Ruth Wiebenga. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sons, Joel Meeuwsen (Sandy) and Marc Meeuwsen (Brenda); his grandchildren, Christy Bonstell (Andy Carey), Nick Bonstell (Kristi), Joel Bonstell (Kara), Sheryl Meeuwsen, Amanda Meeuwsen and Alyssa Meeuwsen; his sisters, Mary Crum (Hank) of Grand Haven and Jan Kuntz (Jay) of Zeeland; and his siblings-in-law, Hazel Boeve (Wayne) of Holland, Herp DeRoo (Loie) of Zeeland and Barb Meeuwsen (Earl) of Jenison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a memorial contribution may be made to Spectrum Health Hospice or Shriners Childrens Hospital, in Jerry's honor.
