He is survived by: his former wife Arlene (Koomen); his wife Shirlene (Lyons); his brothers-in-law, Wayne, Lou Nykamp, Hank Jr. Nykamp, Robert VandenBerg, Ralph Bouwman and Glen Holz; his son-in-law Roy Wilcox; his grandson Justin; his children, Irene Wilcox, Rex (Dawn Wyngarden), Todd (Karen Nykamp) and Ryan (Leanna Nykamp); his grandchildren, Melody, Ray Strang, Sara, Brian Eade, Dean Smith, Brooke Nykamp, Brittany, Eric Risselada, Whitnie Schurman, Brendan Oppenheimer, Becca Pendergrass, Josh Pendergrass and Ashley Arizmendi; his great grandchildren, Gavin, Wyatt, Annibel, Kelsey, Hayley and Ila; his siblings, Leone Vanden Berg, Della Bouwman and Mary Leeuw (Marv); and his parents-in-law, Don, Genda Holz and Karen Holz.
