He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Melissa Barz of Zeeland, Kristi Chupailo (Stacy) of Zeeland and Daniel Van Voorst of Zeeland; his grandchildren, Jessica Barz, Ross Barz, Connor Chupailo, Macie Chupailo and Kendyl Chupailo; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Van Voorst, Howard Van Dyke and Alvin Geurink. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
