She was predeceased by: her husband Edward. She is survived by: her children, Glenn Berghorst (Ruth), Sheryl Mascorro (Ray), Mary Bleeker (Mark) and Susan LePoire (Doug); her sisters, Lorraine Brouwer and Ruth Slenk (Edward); and her siblings-in-law, Jan Dykema, Rev. Ted Johnson, Edward Haveman, Gene Berghorst (Carol) and Jon Berghorst (Prudy). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given in Hester's honor to Waypoint Community Church.
