She is survived by: her parents, John Hoffman of Hamilton and Sena Hoffman of Hamilton; her grandchild Tony Disselkoen; her husband Vernon Bolks of Zeeland; her daughters, Kathie Eding (Michael) of Hamilton and Diane Disselkoen (Daniel) of Zeeland; her grandchildren, Kelli Klingenberg, Marcy Burton, Laura Bolks, Nicholas Disselkoen, Tony Disslekoen and Daniel Joe Disselkoen; her great grandchildren, Ethan Klingenberg, Tyler Klingenberg, Traycen Burton, Maddy Burton, Max Burton and Abby Disselkoen; her nephew Lloyd Hoffman (Karal); and her significant other Theresa Overbeek.
