He is survived by: his wife Briana; his daughters, Rylee and Sydney; his parents, Judy Jackson and Ken Jackson; his parent-in-law Mary Huizenga; his grandmothers, Arlene Huizenga and Ivy Cammenga; and also, Micheal Fowler, Carolyn Fowler and Mark Huizenga. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to Macatawa Bank for the benefit of Rylee and Syndey Fowler.
