She is survived by: her children, Vicky (Mick Osborne), Ruth Michel, Larry (Deb Timmer), Dawn (Merle Schreur), Rose (John Mieras) and Steve (Michelle Timmer); her grandchildren, Chandler Timmer, Landon Timmer, Alyssa, Ben Preiser, Brandon Schreur, Andrew Schreur, Alec, Zoe Mieras, Collin Mieras, Shelby Timmer, Emily Timmer (Dylan VanKlompenberg) and Kenny Timmer; and her siblings, Elaine Deweerdt-Vanheuvelen and Ted Broekhuis. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Hazel's honor may be given to Faith Hospice.
