He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe DeVries and Maxine DeVries; and his sister Marilyn DeVries. He is survived by: his wife Jettie Lee; his sons, Doug DeVries (Karen) and Tommy DeVries (Alicia); and his grandchildren, Christina VanderVelde (Tom), Josh DeVries (Ruth), Sarah Fynewever (Nate), Justin DeVries, Clayton DeVries, Spencer DeVries and Jacquelyn DeVries. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
