She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerret Laarman and Sieberena Laarman (Ludema); her sister Josie Laarman; her daughter Linda; and her stepfather Peter Mesbergen.
She is survived by: her husband Bernard A. Van Someren of Baldwin, WI; her children, Randall (Marcia Van Someren), Mary (David Cok), Ellen (Philip Smith) and Janice (Glenn Meister); her grandchildren, Elizabeth (Cok), Morgan Knighton of Westerville, OH, Jonathan Thomas, Melanie Correia of Marietta, GA, Joseph, Sara Henderson of Flagstaff, AZ, Alexandra Cok of Somerville, MA, Paul and Maren Henderson of Minneapolis, MN; her sister Jeanette Hulst (Mesbergen) of Hudsonville; and her parents-in-law, Richard, Carol Van Someren of Baldwin, WI and Delores Van Someren of Hammond, WI. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, and step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
