He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Menzo Dornbush and Cynthia Dornbush (Hartger); his son-in-law John Boss; his great grandchild Caleb Roosma; and his siblings, Robert Dornbush, Evelyn Harris, Jewel Klok and Les Dornbush.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel De Vries; his children, Linda Disselkoen (Warren) of Zeeland, Kathy Roosma (Harv) of Jenison, Karen Riemersma (Doug) of Zeeland, Jim Dornbush (Nancy) of Grandville and Amy Sluiter (Brent) of Holland; his siblings, Lois (George Reenders), Carolyn Breedveld, Muriel (Dave Zandstra) and Gordon (Mina Dornbush); and his siblings-in-law, John Harris, Bev Dornbush, Mary, Will Huizing, John Dekkinga, Carolyn R. De Vries, Carolyn A. De Vries, Bruce and Marcia De Vries. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and spouses, 27 great-grandchildren.
