He is survived by: his children, Linda Lewis of Zeeland, Larry Vander Hulst (Carol) of Bath, MI and Mary Haley (Jack) of Holland; his grandchildren, Sara Weiderman (Brian), Katelyn Ysquierdo (Anthony), Ryan Lewis (Holly), Matthew Vander Hulst (Betsy), Ben Vander Hulst (Lacey), Jenna Calhoun (Michael), Jackie Haley, Mandie Haley, Jen Lewis (Joe) and Faith Haley; his great grandchildren, Braden, Carter, Mason, Tanner, Jackson, Zoey, Claire, Julia, Olivia, Cameron, Hailey, McKenna, James, Abby, Jaliyah, Lee, Christopher, MacKenzie and Azaylia; and his sisters-in-law, Frances Staat and Connie Vanden Brand. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
