She is survived by: her children, Sally Ashley, Lavonne Blaquiere, Howard Blaquiere, Nelson Gruppen and Christine Gruppen; her sisters, Edith Boersen, Margaret Niemeyer, Alma Veen and Kenneth Vander Veen; and her sister-in-law Kathryn Gruppen. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
