He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Blackburn and Irene Blackburn. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his daughters, Dianna (Bob) and Connie Fairbanks (Scott); his grandchildren, Phillip Flores, Matt Fairbanks (Tori) and Kim Fairbanks; his great grandchildren, Angelia Flores, Braylee Fairbanks and Bowen Fairbanks; his great great grandchild Alayna Perales; and his siblings, Larry Blackburn (Marilyn), Bill Blackburn, Jack Blackburn (Karen), Gloria Pelon and Karen Kleis (Paul). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
