He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Bushen and Dorothy Bushen; his wife Roxanne Bushen (Couretas); his children, Jennifer Clayton (Matthew) and Jonathan Bushen (Heidi); and his grandchildren, Brynn Clayton, Madelyn Clayton, David Alexander Clayton and Grady Bushen.
Memorial contributions in David's honor may be given to the American Cancer Society.
