He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Evan, Shay McDowell, Veronica, Luke Bryant, Rachel and Jay Tran; his grandchildren, Scarlett, Theodore, Ruby and Elliott; his parents, Robert McDowell and Rosalee McDowell; and his siblings, Clint McDowell and Colleen Schulte. He is also survived by his many brothers-in-laws, sisters-in-laws, nieces, nephews, and abundant friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Redeemer Catholic Parish (2700 Baldwin St, Jenison, MI 49428).
