He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom K. Bosch and Gertrude Van Den Bosch; his son Jack Van Den Bosch; and his siblings, Russel Van Den Bosch, Johanna Drost, Anna Bruischart and Shirley DeVries.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Van Den Bosch; his children, Lee Van Den (Ann-Marie), Lynne Weenum (Keith) and Lori Van Den Bosch; his grandchildren, Chad Van Den (Nancy), Jackelyn Van Den Bosch, Alicia Weenum and Vitali Weenum; his great grandchildren, Olivia and Murna; and his sisters, Evelyn Damian, Lillian Varela and Betty Johnson.
