He was predeceased by: his grandfather William Melton; and his uncle Michael Melton. He is survived by: his son Conner; his parents, Steve Melton and Bonni Melton; his brothers, Mitch, Jamie Melton and Christopher Melton; his parents-in-law, Jack and Karen Seinen; his brothers-in-law, Michael, Tabatha Seinen and Jonathan Seinen; his grandparents, Linda Melton-Langdon, Ralph Langdon, Vern, Mary Slagh, Sandra, Robert Vander Sloot, Marcia Seinen, Marion and Mary Visser; and his wife Amy Seinen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Education fund for Conner Melton c/o Macatawa Bank.
