He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Orangell Mintz and Lola Mintz (Doggett); his wife Jessie Mintz (Weathers); his daughters, Lazette, Rhonda Mintz and Renae Mintz; and his granddaughter Chanel. He was also cherished by three sisters and one brother.

The family requests that all attendees wear masks.
