She was predeceased by: her father Frank Edward Lashier; and her husband Gary Kaiser. She is survived by: her children, Matthew, Melisa, Brian Fortson and Rebecca; her daughter-in-law Jeannine; her grandchildren, Brianna, Emery, Matthew, Cory, Sydney, Joshua and Skylar; her great grandchild Elijah; her mother Joan Lashier; her brother Frank Edward Lashier (Sharon); her niece Jessica (Justin); her nephew Frank (Katie); and her close friend Beverly Burgie (Ron Freeman).
