He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Griffin and Margery Griffin (Williams); his brothers, Glen Griffin Sr. and Earnest Griffin; and his daughter Shannon Griffin.
He is survived by: his wife Linda (Smith); his sons, Shane Griffin (Jennifer) and Steve Griffin (Kristy); his grandchildren, Kayla Griffin and Tyler Moorman; his brother Gene Griffin; and his nephew Glen Griffin Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph Mercy Hospital Ann Arbor.
