She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Sala and Rose Josephine Sala (Gerczakowski); her brother-in-law Rudy Nastrom-Nelson; and her pet Molly Lou. She is survived by: her daughter Dana Sala of Ypsilanti, MI; her siblings, Carol Nastrom-Nelson (Sala) of Visalia and Raymond Sala of Florida; her nieces and nephews, Richard Nastrom (Karen) of California, Timothy Sala of Michigan, Jami LaPointe (Aaron) of Florida and Amber Nickens (Ryan) of Florida; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Dalton, Lola, Adrian, Waverly and Eli.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Breast Cancer Research and would be appreciated.
