He is survived by: his children, Ryan Holt, Jeff Holt, Aaron Teachout and Cheyenne Teachout; his grandsons, Blake, Aaron and Jackson; and his siblings, Roger Holt, Diane Holt, Karen Holt and Susan Holt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
