He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Simpson and Zora Simpson (Berger). He is survived by: his wife La'Shawn; his children, Shaquanda Simpson, Naviah Zora Simpson, Niesha and Gregory; his grandchildren, Ayden, Kyniah, Kymello, Kymari, Ge'marri, Bryson, Aniyah and NeOnna; his siblings, Camille Denson (Damon) and Julie Simpson; his uncles, Levi Simpson and Gery Welch; his nieces, Abigail, Christina and Candace; his nephew Blake; and his cousins, Lori Simpson and Jodi Simpson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions for Naviah Zora's college education may be directed to La'Shawn.
