He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Gulin and Pauline Gulin; and his brother Tommy Gulin. He is survived by: his wife Anna; his daughters, Diana Gulin Shubnell (John) and Michelle Gulin Murphy; his grandchildren, Steven (Mikayla), Dominick and Bailey Tyler; his great grandchild Levi; his sister Donna Gulin Fuller (Rick); his nephew Ricky Fuller (Shana); and his niece Shannon Fuller.
Steve gave back to his community in several ways including Toys for Tots, donating turkeys and honey-baked hams to families in need, supporting local baseball teams, and contributing to many fundraisers throughout the years.
