It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara Patterson of Ypsilanti, Michigan, born in Macon, Georgia, who passed away on April 12, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Billy; her former husband Kenneth Young; and her husband Cecil Patterson. She is survived by: her children, Freddie (Lucy) of Ephrien, J. B., Sara, Valerie, Terri (Timothy) and David; her son-in-law Tim; her nieces and nephews, Andrea, Andriette, Evette, Martha (Erwin), Mia (Keith), LaTiffany, Deanna, Alvin (Ida), Dexter, Brandon, Jerry, Ronnie (Cheryl), Michael and James; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Jarell, Jamal, Jamar, Shanae, Timothy Jr., Tyler and Tara; and her great grandchildren, LeTrell, Jamal Jr., Ivory and Juan Jr..
