She is survived by: her husband Henderson Watkins; her son Ezell Cole (Alice); her siblings, Marie Dukes, Ethel Woodyard and Jessie Green; her granddaughter LaSanya Brown; her children, Irma Hollie (Ernest) and Henderson Watkins, Jr. (Joyce); her sister Catherine Broome; and her daughters, Dian Johnson, Rachel Jones and Valarie Abrams. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
