She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold M. Riggs and Ruth O. Riggs (Ryan); her husband Richard G. Kelly; her daughter Jacqueline Hull; her children-in-law, Andrea Kelly and Kenneth Hull; and her siblings, Frank Riggs (Shirley), John Riggs (Arda), Richard Riggs (Cathy), Robert Riggs, Donald, Grace Langstaff (Jack) and Ruth Richards (George).
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Russ, Robert Kelly (Judith) and Richard Kelly; and her sisters-in-law, Janet Riggs and Phylis Warmington. She is also survived by six grandchildren; one great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to either Arbor Hospice Residence or Glacier Hills.
