He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Palmer and June Palmer (Pritchell); and his grandson Connor William Landing Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Joy Annette Hurley; his children, Bruce Landing Palmer and Christina Hope Palmer; his daughter-in-law Ana Luz Mateos; his grandchildren, Liam Decklin Landing Palmer of Olive Hill, Kentucky, Deacon Landing Palmer of Olive Hill, Kentucky, Baron Landing Palmer of Olive Hill, Kentucky, Lorenzo Nunez of Olive Hill, Kentucky and Shayla Nunez of Olive Hill, Kentucky; and his siblings, Garry Palmer (Cheryl) and Paula Chadwick (David). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
