He was predeceased by: his parents, Manley Rupert and Sidona Rupert. He is survived by: his sons, Chad Rupert (Kelli) and Richard Rupert; and his siblings, Cheryl Murray (Larry) and Kippy Rupert (Janice). He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great grandchild.
