He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Keiger and Gladys Keiger (Hendershot); his former wife Dorothy Neale Keiger; and his brother Paul Elwood Keiger. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Keiger; and his children, Ronald Tucker, Robert Tucker (Shannon), Jay Orosco and Shelly Farris (Jason). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, two nephews and one niece.
