Peggy Sue Lafferty Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 8, 2023, at the age of 85, Peggy Sue Lafferty of Ypsilanti, Michigan, born in Prestonsburg, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Milford and Amma Sue Day (Sherman); her spouse Reverend Ollie Lafferty Jr.; and her siblings, Carl Day, Billy Day, Dottie Lackey, Olive Hoskins and Betty Levine.
She is survived by: her daughter Evelyn Lafferty Sewell (Jim); her grandchildren, Heather Weaver (Brett), Angela Riley (Bill), Brandon Sewell and Jennifer Ingles (Jason); her great grandchildren, Brady Micheal Lafferty-Weaver, Malina, Lincoln Riley, Chris, Jaden, Zacchaeus, Issac and Malachi Ingles; and her sister Mary Ruth Jarrell (late Fred).
Contributions in her memory can be made to Trinity Free Will Baptist Church.
