He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Georgia Noe (Jones); his siblings, Jimmy Ray Noe (Debby) of Caro, MI, Bert, Ulus Noe, Hazel McDonald and Patty Noe; and his siblings-in-law, Pamela Noe, Patty-Jo Noe, Stella Noe and Keith McDonald.
He is survived by: his son Donald Noe of Ann Arbor, MI; and his siblings, Jerry Noe of Ypsilanti, MI, Debbie Byrum (Mike) of Belleville, MI, Dan Noe (Karen) of Plymouth, MI, Judy Justice-Noe of Ypsilanti, MI and Betty Napier-Noe of Milan, MI. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
