He was predeceased by: his parents, Frankie B. Williams (Miles) and Napoleon Sr. Williams; his wife Margaret Williams; his siblings, Martha Henry, McArthur Williams, Arthur Lee Williams, Glover Williams and Ethan Williams; and his granddaughter Cara Edwards.
He is survived by: his sons, Larry Williams of Shaw, MS and Napoleon Williams III of Oakland, CA; his granddaughter Sylvia Williams of Indianola, MS; his sisters, Bertha Clemons of Ann Arbor, MI, Bettye Epps (Johnny) of Ypsilanti, MI and Fannie Williams of Indianola, MS; and his godson Isaac Brown (Norma Boyce). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
