It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael William Riggs of Ypsilanti, Michigan, who passed away on August 8, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Robert D. Riggs; and his sisters, Deborah Jones and Sandra Ford. He is survived by: his mother Janet M. Towler; his friends, Harley Davidson and Ford; his wife Janice Riggs; his children, Heather Riggs, Angela Clark, Jon Riggs and Nathaniel Held; and his brother David Riggs. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
