She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Stachlewitz and Rachel Stachlewitz (Bevier); her husband Paul Shipley; her children, Paul, Joseph and Linda; her brothers, Bernard and Robert; her great grandchild Long; and her son-in-law Don.
She is survived by: her children, John Shipley, Donald Shipley (Toni), Patricia Doran, Susan Shipley and Deborah Shipley; her grandchildren, Paul Hibbens (Karen), Shawn Shipley, Melissa Shipley, Sara Shipley and Adam Shipley; her great grandchildren, Breanna, Rylee, Travis, Akira and Amari; her great great grandchild Adalynn; and her close friend Judy Griwicki. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Linda Shipley Memorial Endowed Scholarship Fund at Eastern Michigan University or St. Joseph Mercy Hospital Cancer Center.
