With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louis A. Lankton of Ypsilanti, Michigan, born in Dearborn, Michigan, who passed away on January 8, 2022 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Louis A. Lankton to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Monica Mary Snyder (Berney); his wife Elizabeth J. Lankton; his son Louis Albert Snyder; and his siblings, John William Snyder, Jr., Robert Charles Snyder and Monica Mary Kibler.
He is survived by: his children, Leora Gibbons (Chuck) of Alaska, John Snyder (Alison) of Phoenix and Stephanie Snyder of Texas; his grandchildren, Barbara, Joseph, Evan, Austen, Charlie, Sharon, Carajean, Leora, Oscar, Johnie and Richard; and his great grandchildren, Silas, Braylen, Brooklynn, Camden, Avelyn, Dallen, Vada and Giuliana. He is also survived by her four children and 9 grandchildren; also numerous extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Purple Heart Foundation and would be appreciated.
